Cancellation & Refund Policy (Returns)

At Chile Retreat, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the operational efficiency of our luxury property.

Standard Reservations: For most room rates, you may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date (3:00 PM local time). If canceled within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under certain promotional, advance purchase, or discounted rates are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or early departures.
Deposit Refunds: If a deposit was required at the time of booking and your cancellation falls within the permitted free-cancellation window, your deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Early Departures: Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date may be subject to an early departure fee, up to the cost of the remaining nights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). If you arrive early or need to leave late, our concierge will gladly securely store your luggage. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes, we offer premium private transfers to and from Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL) in Santiago. Please contact our concierge desk at least 24 hours in advance of your flight to arrange this service.

Are pets allowed at Chile Retreat?

To ensure a tranquil and allergen-free environment for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. We do, however, welcome certified service animals in accordance with local regulations.

Is there an age limit for the casino lounge?

Yes. By Chilean law and our strict internal policies, access to the on-site casino lounge is exclusively restricted to guests who are 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. The rest of the hotel and its primary amenities are family-friendly.

Does the restaurant accommodate special dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Our culinary team is highly experienced in preparing exquisite meals that cater to various dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requests. Please inform us of your needs prior to your arrival or when making a dining reservation.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, we offer complimentary secure valet parking and self-parking options for all our registered hotel guests.
